Responsibility for the entire Global Accounts Scandinavian Region, managing and developing the portfolio of existing brands and penetrating “target” accounts to win new nominations. In both current and future brands, achieve sustainable profitable sales growth.
  • Overall GA responsibility for the Scandinavian Market, define and implement a clear sustainable profitable sales growth strategy for the focus brands and territory.
  • Overall Responsibility for H&M; developing a clear strategic account plan that protects our current business and grows profitable new business through strengthening our overall nomination.
  • Work with the GA Accounts Director, EMEA to provide clear and regular communication updates.
  • Manage and grow profitable sales by strengthening nomination specifications within a defined list of existing Brands.
  • Identify, qualify and implement a new business development plan to successfully target new sales growth opportunities.
  • Deliver Scandinavian sales and gross profit targets agreed with the GA Director EMEA.
  • Support and drive our global commercial strategy on thread and zippers.
  • Promote Coats Digital and support Digital Initiatives/Marketing in all existing and new brands.
  • Provide support in identifying new Trim Sales Targets within existing or new brands.
  • Proactively collaborate with other Global Accounts colleagues, sharing and learning best practice in translating brand nominations into profitable sales growth.
  • Regularly communicate with all relevant global markets to ensure that brand specifications are being enforced at the factory level.
  • Respond to market Global Accounts/Local Sales teams’ requests to service key account headquarters or Europe based agents (e.g. – deliver shade cards, troubleshoot as needed, provide assistance in shade matching, etc.) on a timely basis.
  • Maintain updated source country and contractor lists for each account and communicate these along with any seasonal production schedules and forecasts to the relevant contacts with Coats worldwide.
  • Acquire detailed information and organization chart of brands to identify the key decision makers in each area.
  • Understand and share updates on local Market drivers: trade shows, competition activity and industry trends.
